It was a total team effort for the Boston Celtics as they took down the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night, 120-106.
The C's struggled defensively until the fourth quarter, but hot shooting from the bench unit kept it close. The group combined to shoot 12-for-17 from 3-point range, with Sam Hauser (15 points) and Anfernee Simons (14 points) doing most of the damage.
Jaylen Brown scored a game-high 29 points. Derrick White tallied 14 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter.

FINAL: Celtics bench steps up in win vs. Kings
The Boston Celtics improved to 3-1 on their road trip with a 120-106 win over the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night.
On a night where the C's starters didn't have their A game, the bench rose to the occasion. Sam Hauser, Luka Garza, Anfernee Simons, Baylor Scheierman, and Hugo Gonzalez combined to shoot 12-for-17 from 3-point range. Hauser (15 points) was 5-for-7 from deep while Simons (14 points) was 4-for-7.
The game was tied at 88 heading into the fourth quarter, then it was all Celtics. They held the Kings to only 18 points in the final frame after struggling defensively through the first three quarters. Derrick White scored 14 of his 16 points in the fourth.
Jaylen Brown led the C's with 29 points. Payton Pritchard and Neemias Queta chipped in 16 and 13, respectively.
DeMar DeRozan paced the Kings with 25 points on 9-of-15 shooting. Former Celtic Dennis Schroder added 18 off the bench.
The Celtics will look to finish their road trip on a high note when they visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night.
